I have high cholesterol levels and I found out almond powder tea is a good substitute for milk. Then My daughter told me to try the butterfly pea flower with it and the taste is amazing. With all the health benefits this is a good substitute for coffee.

I discovered the health benefits of butterfly pea flower tea by accident. It helps colonic inflammation and other bowel related pain better than curcumin. I thought it would be interesting to drink a tea that turned blue. But I did a Google search and landed here when my autoimmune symptoms went into remission within a week. I drank about 3 cups of this tea every day, not realising that it was fixing me. I woke up this morning, six days later and my severe bowel inflammation (IBS, celiac, endometriosis) was completely gone. My tummy used to bulge out into a pooch but now it’s completely flat. I used to drink ginger tea religiously every morning but I stopped for a week and decided to switch out this one. I’m very very happy to have discovered the tea and I’m leaving this comment in case anybody else wonders why they should drink it.
