DOMESTIC RETURNS 

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 21 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

 

Please follow these 3 simple steps to return your item(s): 

 

1: Email info@siizu.com with your order number.

 

2: You will receive a pre-paid USPS label within 24hrs. Simply print the label and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman.

 

3: All returns are processed within 48hrs of receipt. We will promptly process your return upon receipt of the unworn item(s).

 

Please note that the Shipping fee $6.95 and Handling Fee $2.85 will be deducted from your refund.

 

*We do not accept returns on final sale items.  We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges when possible.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE 

 

We currently offer exchanges of the same style, in a different size.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the product you want before returning your original purchase.

This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.

Start the process by emailing us at info@siizu.com, we will send you a pre-paid label.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll be sure to update you via email as soon as your items have successfully been received and your refund has been processed.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

We sincerely hope this never happens, but in the off-chance that it does, send us an email at info@siizu.com with a description of the defective, missing or incorrect item and we will help you fix the problem ASAP! Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
