DOMESTIC RETURNS  

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. 

Please note that " customized & Personalized" items are not Returnable or Exchangeable

Please note that the Shipping and handling fee $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

 

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges when possible.  

 

Please follow these 3 simple steps to return your item(s): 

 

1: Email info@siizu.com with your order number.

 

2: You will receive a pre-paid USPS label within 24hrs. Simply print the label and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman.

 

3: All returns are processed within 48hrs of receipt. We will promptly process your return upon receipt of the unworn item(s).

  

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

 

Please return your item by any trackable methods and email info@siizu.com the tracking number :) 

We do not accept returns on sale items , and no exchanges can be made on international orders.

 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE 

 

We currently offer exchanges of the same style, in a different size.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the product you want before returning your original purchase.

This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.

Start the process by emailing us at info@siizu.com, we will send you a pre-paid label.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

Is it Easy to return items? 

Returns are accepted on all unworn items with 30 days of purchase. Just email info@siizu.com with your order number. 😉 . 

 

When can I expect to receive my refund? 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return upon arrival at our facility. For refund in original payment, please allow 5-10 business days to be shown on your account balance. ( Time varies from different banks) 

 

 

Do you offer returns on sale items? 

We wish we could, but we can't 😔. All the final sale items are final. Please make your purchase of sale items with care and review all product information. Feel free to email info@siizu.com shall you have any questions. 

 

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect? 

We sincerely hope this never happens, but in the off-chance that it does, send us an email at info@siizu.com with a description of the defective, missing or incorrect item and we will help you fix the problem ASAP! Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
